As MediateWay ADR Centre provides digital and procedural legal services, our return and cancellation policies are as follows:

• Once a case has been initiated or arbitrator appointed, fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of service registration and before proceedings begin.

• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7 working days.
